If you, as a Contact Person of your organisation, want to change the e-mail address of an employee you can do so by following the steps below. In order to do so, you need to have to login as the employee.

!!! Note: This procedure only works if your employee is registered with an e-mail address ending at @zrcontractor.nl.
In all other cases, the employee should login himself and change his e-mail address

Password unknown

  1. Write down the dummy-address for the employee, eg: [email protected]
  2. Go to https://zeelandrefinery.iqsoft.nl and click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the employee's dummy address and click Reset

You will now receive an e-mail sent to the given e-email address containing the new password. (you as a contact person will receive a copy of this mail)

Change e-mail address
  1. Log in as the employee with the given e-mail address and password
  2. Click on the button Edit my information
  3. Enter the new e-mail address

  4. Click Save

You have now updated the e-mail address of the employee
